Joli also known as Happy Tears Cloud - an overenthusiastic little cloud that rains / cries tears of joy.
Happy Tears Cloud was created from my desire to capture those powerful, spontaneous moments when emotion overwhelms
you so completely that all you can do is squeal and let the feeling pour out!

Joli, or the Happy Tears Cloud, is a Nebbie - a type of cloud that represents and embodies human emotions through natural phenomena.
